Eat Your Fears For Breakfast
The name Taylor Swift is synonymous with "fearless"! Here is a quick excerpt from my book The Diva's in the Details (out May 24th!!!) where I talk about meeting her at the beginning of her crazy successful career!

"I have met countless celebrities and people of note who understood the all-important details and had that “je ne sais quoi.” These individuals had belief in themselves and control over their fears. Our fears will never really go away, but we can eat them for breakfast and then get on with our day.
Taylor Swift was a living example of eating fear even before she recorded her second album, titled "Fearless." I met Taylor at the beginning of her career, and even then I saw she naturally possessed “it.” Right before her career blew up, we interviewed her and filmed her performing a couple of acoustic tracks from her debut album. She was so young, bright, beautiful, talented, but that wasn’t all. She was brave. She believed in herself. When we were first introduced, we shook hands. Taylor had a strong grip like me. She smiled with enthusiasm and a quiet confidence. She was so young, nervous to perform in front of the cameras, but she put her fears aside. You got a sense she was meant for great things. She put it all out there and worked her butt off. Now she is a very influential and successful woman who has sold millions of albums, won countless awards and is living her dream. Taylor will tell you it takes more than talent and hard work. If you don’t believe in you, no one else will."
