About JAQ

Author of “The Diva’s in the Details: The Celebrity & CEO Inspired Guide to Confidence, Courage & Style,” Jacqueline Journey is an award-winning filmmaker and television producer who has created thousands of hours of original programming seen in all corners of the globe. Many of these were award-winning live concerts, documentaries, series, and interviews featuring Oscar winners, Grammy winners, legends, and celebrities including Matthew McConaughey, Dennis Quaid, Willie Nelson, Billy Bob Thornton, Juliette Lewis and Taylor Swift.   

Ms. Journey has worked with three 24 hour music and entertainment networks: Hit Video USA (bought out by Viacom International), TMZ, The Music Zone (a partnership with TCI/Liberty) and  M*E Television (a partnership with Time Warner) where she was Vice President and Executive Producer.  Journey was also a member of the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission Board of Directors for more than a decade.

In addition to her years of experience behind the camera, she is an accomplished, award-winning actress, portraying Karen Stark on NBC's Friday Night Lights, appearing in independent films, and hosting numerous popular entertainment series some of which were internationally syndicated. Ms. Journey wrote, directed and starred in the feature film Hidden Assets which screened in Cannes, and was awarded BEST FILM at Florida Supercon. Journey was awarded a Leading Actress Award for her role in the film. 

Journey hosts and produces the luxury lifestyle television series Passport to the Palm Beaches (Season 6 premieres on Discovery’s Destination America channel in May 2025 and will soon be available on ThePalmBeaches.tv) and is currently in pre-production with two new national television series to be produced by her JAQ.tv: Oasis & PB à la Mode.
